And now the letter "F".....

"F" - as in Foolish! I tried to change my template back round - inspired by the cool look of Jodie's blog these days - and OBVIOUSLY completely botched it up!

So I am now back to the original version - however I will have to "relink" to my friends blogs at some point over the next couple of days.

"F" - speaking of Friends........ I was ABSOLUTELY
"F" - Floored by a gentleman at the gym this morning. One of my "senior" buds who is always there bright and early with me gave me a VERY generous and unexpected gift!

Seems he bought it as a Christmas gift for someone - and they couldn't/won't use it....
He can't/won't use it........
He can't return it......
And he thought I WOULD use it - so he gave it to me - with explicit instructions that there were NO STRINGS ATTACHED.

It's a gift card - so I didn't open it in his presence - I just thanked him for his kind thoughts and promised I would put it to good use and, reluctantly, turned over the Gauntlet to him:)

However upon opening this and seeing the value........ I MUST find SOME way to do something nice for him.......
"F" - Food!!!! I am RAVENOUS today for some reason - OMG - there are not enough veggies in this apartment to control this.....

Which is a good sign that ....
"F" - FAT - any extra that might have been picked up over the Holidays, is being burned away to look super bumpy in those
"F" - Fotos - o.k. - kinda pushing that one a bit:)

"F" - Fizzy....plain water has gotten a bit boring to me....however bottled mineral water - with a slice of .....
"F" - Fruit, either lemon, lime or orange - heck why not all three? - is VERY tasty this week!

"F" - FREEZING!!!! Thanks Steve!!!! You could've kept this crap! It's only 9 outside as I type this!
and "F" - finally.......

"F" - FREAK - What I thought as I witnessed an obviously VERY dedicated man running down the sidewalk - in the dark - this morning as I drove to the comfort of my warm, well lit gym!!!!!
