Ahhhhh.....FRIDAY!!!!!

Quite possibly me favorite day of the week. Not sure why as I have to work on Saturday at the real job.......

I think it's because it's the first day in my weight training cycle!!! Sure - cardio only days are nice - but double sessions, a.m. cardio...p.m. lifting next day DOMS....

Yup - this is why I like Friday!!!!
