F - anstastic!

That's how I am feeling this morning after cardio - simply

"F" - Fantastic!!! My legs have FINALLY fully recovered - and I had a GREAT sprinting session - YIPPEE!!!!

Although Steve's suggestion on the first use of "F" - would also be appropriate here:)

I woke up scared to look out the window - we were supposed to get another 8 inches of snow but looks like not a

"F" - Fizzy vitamins as well! Glutamine and Ester C are available in these little individual servings packets that when you mix them with water.....bubbles! No calories and they are

"F" - Fruity
"F" - Flavored! YUMMY!! They have a teensie bit of sodium - so obviously they'll have to go a few weeks out before the

"F" - Fotos! But they are a nice addition right now.

Speaking of Fizzy and Fruity - does the world really need this.......

Seems some Walmarts and 7 - 11 convenience stores are selling a product called....
"F" - Fizzy Fruit in a desperate attempt to get kids to eat more fruit in school. Whatever happened to Mom packing a lunch with some orange wedges and a banana in there?
